Professional career
Michael Stops holds university degrees in economics and management sciences (Diplom-Volkswirt and Diplom-Verwaltungswirt, FH). He studied the theoretical basis of the special tasks of the Federal Employment Agency at the Federal University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim. After that he worked as a placement officer at the Employment Office in Chemnitz, in the Human Resources, Administration and Financial Management department and in the Research Management of IAB. Additionally he graduated in economics and statistics at the University of Hagen. Since 2009 Michael Stops has been working as an advisor to the Director.
