December 8 - 9, 2011
Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit), Regensburger Strasse 104, Nuremberg, Germany
The conference aims at stimulating exchange on the methods to model and forecast aggregates such as GDP growth or labour demand for a horizon of 10 to 30 years. Contributions to general forecasting methods are as welcome as disaggregate forecasts by sectors or regions, international comparison, or forecast evaluation. A panel discussion will address future developments in a shrinking economy.
The keynote speech will be delivered by Hans Fehr (University of Würzburg).
