Professional career

Sophia Koenen studied Social Sciences (B.A.) at the University of Augsburg and at the University of Oslo (UiO). From October 2011 until March 2014 she studied Conflict Studies (M.A.) at the University of Augsburg and worked at the Department for Sociology. From April until October 2014 she worked at the Institute of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Professorship for Medical Sociology at the University of Regensburg. Since January 2015 she works at the Press Office of the IAB.
